STOP THE BRUTALITY! SPEAK UP AGAINST THE PORN INDUSTRY!

Is it not the role of Man to protect woman when she is being abused? Is it not the role of a Father to protect his daughter from would be predators? Is it not the role of a Brother to be compassionate to his sister when she finds herself in a moment of weakness? The answer to these questions is a very obvious YES! And this is why it is every mans duty to stand up for women today and boycott the pornography industry. The porn industry is one of, if not THE MOST brutal, hateful and treacherous industries known to man. It is an industry that preys upon woman who, most often, have been victims of sexual abuse and profits from this. It is an industry that works tirelessly at coming up with new ways to sell the idea to young boys that woman are simply sex objects and nothing more then this, thus condemning them to a life unfulfilled relationships. It is an industry that poses as a way for young girls to find financial independence but in reality all it does is rob them of their self respect! Did you know the average porn career lasts 3 months? But the shame and diseases that are caught in these three months can and most often last a lifetime. The porn industry, staying true to its treachery, likes to act like this is not the case. They like to glamorize their hate by promoting people like Jenna Jameson or Ron Jeremy, and saying "Look kids, see how FAMOUS you can be". But the truth be told these people are 1 in a million. The industry acts likes the people involved in porn are strong and do this by choice, but please tell me what type of person, in their right mind, would choose to be degraded and brutalized for a ANY amount of money. The reality is that most porn actors, men and woman, end up just as poor as the day they started, and the only thing they have to show for it is a broken self esteem, Herpes or worse off AIDS. The sad fact is that every woman you see in porn is somebodies Daughter, somebodies Sister or might even be somebodies MOM. What started off as simple photos of naked woman in playboy has turned into a brutal industry of hate and violence and only promises to get worse. Its time to end this brutality and as a Man I feel it is my obligation to speak out against this. Im so sick of hearing these Republican Candidates fronting. For reals though. I wish I would have been keeping count of how many time each one (except Ron Paul) of them has said "Any one of us would be better then Obama". Its got to be getting close to 1,000+. They say this and then in the next breath go on to trash each other. Newt has called Ron dangerous. He has called Mitt a liar. Bachmann said Perry wanted to give girls brain damage. Santorum thinks he is the only one that can make jobs and so on and so on. But still they all get on stage and say that anybody would be better then Obama. Of course I dont buy this for a minute and I dont think that any of them saying this do either, rather it is simply pandering to the Republican zombies who hear this and mistake it for somebody yelling out brains, at which point they go into a rabid zombie like state of ecstasy.

They know its not true and for a good reason. None of them (Except Ron Paul) would be any better then Obama, but to be fair none of them would be any worse either. They would all continue the bailouts. They would all continue the needless wars. They would all continue the cronyism. They would all continue the destruction of our civil liberties. They would all continue the lies. They would do everything the exact same as Obama has done and THIS is proven because they have made a career out of doing these exact same things.

The one thing they may change is "Obamacare", but that is it (and who knows if they really would). And they all know this which is why they place so much emphasis on that. Rick Perry says he would withrdraw every executive order since 2008, as if the shit just started going downhill in 2008. These guys act like Barack has single handedly destroyed the American Economy. Did they HONESTLY forget the BUSH signed us up for the first round of the latest bailouts. Barack simply has followed the lead. They act like Barack put the patriot act into effect? NO HE DIDN'T. Bush and Co, set the precedent while Barack and Co, have simply cashed in on the game that was set up for them. And wither or not they will admit it, all of the candidates (except Ron Paul) will do the exact same thing.

It seems to me that their insinuation that ANYBODY would be better then Obama is a true sign of weakness. If they are not willing to admit that the people next to them would continue on with the traditions that Barack and Co, then they arent being honest. And if they cant be honest about this then why should I think that they could be honest about anything else that they are saying?

Rick Perry gets served @ CNN Tea Party Debate

Folks like Rick Perry really need to get put on front street for their hypocritical positions. So I was very happy to see him go under fire at tonight's debate, and even more pleased by his inability to hold himself together.

Rick was looking like a boxer getting his ass whipped the way he was sucking up all that air. Bachman dropping the Merck connection was obviously a painful subject for Slick Rick. His rebuttal was that he had in fact only received $5,000 dollars from them for his campaign and that he was offended, not that she would say that he would sell out but because she said he would do it for so little. HAHAHA. Well ends up that a certain bloggger was quick to point out that it was actually $30,000 that was donated to his campaign. GO FIGURE.

Then Sontorum came through to take a piece out of his punk ass by further pointing out the obvious fact that the Government should not have any roll in vaccinating 12 year old girls against HPV!! At this point Rick Perry didn't know what to do. The rest of the night he fumbled through his questions and had a glossed over look on his face. OUT FOR THE COUNT. This issue is not going to go anywhere nor should it. That Rick Perry used his executive authority to mandate young girls get vaccines for this STD completely destroys his credibility as a conservative. He should be getting laughed/booed from the stage everywhere he goes.

If you have not already been over to the homey, Mr. VizFact's blog you're kinda slipping, HARD. VizFact has been putting in a gang of work at pushing culturally valuable date into the blogggosphere. Dude has super large amounts of educational blogs, social critique and comedy up on his youtube channel, however if your too lazy to click on that link at the very least make sure you peep out one of his latest and greatest, made for you tube mini doc about circumcision. It could save your unborn sons FORESKIN.

I first found VizFact via a Public Service Denouncement that the had produced on Rick Perry. Not pulling any punches Viz got to the bone of the many controversies (including but not limited to, his aigning of an executive order that mandated 12 year girls get a shot of Gardisal to stop them from getting an STD) that surround the Texas Governor thus exposing his True Socialist Agenda. It has since become apparent to me that VizFact offers a radically genuine perspective on most of life's circumstances. For example take a look at this hard hitting reminder of what the fuck you should not have stopped thinking about.

Its going to take a nation of informed people to pull us back from flying off of this cliff of hyper inflation and tyranny but its folks like Mr.VizFact, who are a testimony to this being a possible reality. Up here at THEHAMBLOGGGERMAN independent thinking is highly sought out and prized, so I just wanted again make sure to say how thankful and honored I was to have had this opportunity to interview the Viz and am hopeful that another chance to do it again comes soon!! YO YO YO...whats up my people... Just had the opportunity to sit down and have a chat with Filmmaker, Historian, Philosopher, Activist, Ron Paul Supporter and fellow Bloggger RYS2SENSE. Needless to say he was a well spring of information. If you’re not familiar with his work you need to check out War by Deception .com, and his RYS2SENSE youtube channel. The guy is putting in major amounts or work today in an attempt to break through the BIG MONEY Media’s blackout of the TRUTH.

And you can bet your bottom Dollar that the ESTABLISHMENT MEDIA is not happy about RYS2SENSE’s work, as was evidenced in an article put out yesterday by the ADL claiming that he is being slanderous in his allegations that the Israeli government played a part in the September 11 attacks. However the ADL doesn’t offer any proof to debate his allegations, rather they rely on playing the RACE CARD in an attempt to garner the support of their readers. I do believe though that the evidence that RYS2SENSE brings forth in his arguments and videos is to powerful for it to be dismissed by this smokescreen of deceit and that he will ultimately be successful in continuing to open peoples minds and spark the debate that is necessary for the truth community to continue to grow.

How is it that 1300 people are killed in a single day and it doesn't make headlines? How is CNN not reporting on the fact that 1300 people were killed in Libya yesterday? I almost can't even believe that this is real. Is the Main Stream media really so on the take that a mass killing, of this magnitude, can be blacklisted? HOW CAN THIS BE??? I know that this number is coming from within the Gadaffi camp so people won't trust it, however that IT IS IN FACT coming from within the camp seems enough reason to at least cover it as an allegation. That we see all the different media companies working in tandem on upholding this blackout, in my opinion, is indicative of a conspiracy of censorship.

All day the MAJOR headlines have been celebrating today as a real turning point in this war. Barack came out and talked about the US commitment to being a friend and PARTNER in the rebuilding of Libya (aka OCCUPY). I've seen the tabloids come out and mock Gadaffis wardrobe in an attempt to make light of the subject. ALL this rhetoric and nothing about 1300 people being killed in ONE FUCKING DAY!!! This is so DAMN SAD. To call this a new low would not be sufficient in my condemning of the military industrial complex, and more specifically the MASS MEDIA branch of it. This act of censorship is a cruel joke and an exercise in mind control. Tell me please, how are Obamas supporters going to say that this is a humanitarian mission. THIS argument HOLDS NO WEIGHT.

Apparently NATO has found a blood thirsty, murderous group of PRICKS. I would really like to catch one of these pilots, who are carpet bombing a city of 2 million people, on the streets someday and ask them how they go to sleep at night. There is no excuse for these EVILS. The entire world should read this news of 1300 people (and counting) being killed and DEMAND IT TO STOP. There is no way that this is going to bring in democracy. HOW CAN OBAMA sit there and front so hard? He must really think we have the intelligence of his kids. Of course he is putting all his money (including his nobel peace prize) on the bet that, as long as this STORY OF MASS MURDER doesn't get coverage, nobody will think about it.

Perhaps we can consider OPERATION MOCKINGBIRD a success, eh? Or will the people of the planet use this as an opportunity to see the true colors of these NEWS PUNDITS who say that we should trust them in their UNBIASED attempt to gather and report information. Im sure they will say these blackouts are just lapses of judgements in their honest attempt to help cultivate an informed society? Will these people who were killed be forgotten or will this story find the power to tear the veils from the eyes of those naively believe that MSNBC or FOX really cares about them? I believe that it is through these arrogant acts of intellectual treachery that the EMPIRE becomes exposed, for its not always just about what they tell us, but rather what they don't tell us, which allows us to see wither or not it is our best interests that they have in mind? Choosing not to address the fact that 1300 people were, or may have been, killed in one day speaks volumes in this regard.

       First and foremost this blog is an exercise in peace. I don't advocate violence, expect for SELF DEFENSE. I don't wish pain or suffering onto anybody unless they are trying to inflict that upon somebody else. Violence is UGLY. It's degrading. It's dangerous and unstable. It is often used in place of logical debate and thus it is an INTELLECTUALLY DEBASING activity. And it is exactly for these reasons that I can't condone the recent beat down given to Shepard Fairey, however I'm not surprised that it has happened and neither should he!

The building, a long-term base for Copenhagen’s leftwing community, was controversially demolished in 2007.       Fairey has made it habit to align himself with revolutionary ideology through the referencing of certain symbols and individuals/groups from different eras of struggle and uprising. He has incorporated, dishonestly at times, other peoples works of art into his own so as to try and make his perspective seem more genuine and justified in its condemnation of consumerism, war, environmental destruction and a whole list of social issues. While he has been found guilty of this in a court of law it would seem that his reputation had suffered little, at least here in America. Part of the reason I think this has been allowed to happen is because Shepard, like MTV, has successfully exploited the stupidity and moral bankruptcy of generation X, Y or what ever the fuck letter were up to now. By lifting works of art from artists of the past, many of his fans have been ignorant to the fact that his are not the originals. In this case his fans have played along unknowingly. Others who might be hip to his sources, see his financial success as reason to give him a pass on his piracy. I have heard this argument on multiple occasions. It's said he contributes a lot to the community and has created a lot of jobs for people. And therefor I should not be CONCERNED that he promotes the UNITED STATES killing people in Libya  or that he steals peoples photographs that he then uses to catapult himself into stardom.

        While I do believe in FREEDOM and thus pray that my brothers and sisters across the world throw the saddles from their backs, I CAN NOT as an INFORMED AMERICAN sit by as the WAR MACHINE deploys into Libya under the false pretense of HUMANITARIANISM. I, as a peace activist, can not allow this to ride and therefore speak out against it. Letting Fairey off the hook for EXCUSING THE UNITED STATES WAR MACHINE just because he spreads some capital around is like forgiving CIGARETTE COMPANIES that advertise to kids just because they donate to a anti smoking fund. We all know that the CIGARETTE company doesn't want people to stop smoking. It is done to control the perception of the public. Make themselves look good, as if they truly cared. Fairey is being used as a character in an anti-war commercial but the MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX is paying for the airtime. He repeatedly condemns the wars of today that were started by Bush but says nothing about the Obama Administration drone bombing YEMEN and PAKISTAN, and then Fairey actually comes out and APPROVES of military force in LIBYA. I could only imagine what a Libyan person, whose neighborhood was being destroyed by US Missiles would say to Fairey if they ever came face to face. It may turn out something like this situation in Denmark where, in fact somebodies house had been destroyed and THE PEOPLE of the house were able to confront FAIREY for ignorantly downsizing the ISSUE in the name of PROFIT. (of course fairey would like for us to think it was an altruistic gesture of peace) Again I don't agree with the violence but DAMN its hard to blame somebody.Our only choice is to use logic to dissolve the DECEPTION.

          My wishes are that these revelations of Shepards deceitfulness will 1. Make him reflect and change his ways and 2. Create an informed public who will no longer support Shepard or folks like him who feel it is ok to steal another persons hard work and then call it your own in an effort to create a false narrative around your brand, as in the case of Ed Nachtrieb and his photo of a chinese soilder that Fairey was so inspired by.
A sad but perfect example of the devastating effects of art jacking aka. BITING. Here we witness the Historical context removed, a Watered down message in the name of Cultural Infiltration. These are not signs of a progressing art form.

We now see the Fairey Propaganda Machine trying to modernize its approach by aligning with a struggle that was still alive and well in Denmark. Perhaps it was hard for him to continue to put up imagery of the BLACK PANTHERS while promoting their destruction in Libya. Or promoting CLIMATE CHANGE/CARBON TAX while NASA is releasing data that disproves the ANTHROPOGENIC GLOBAL WARMING MYTH. He would like us to believe that he did zero homework on the Denmark Issues and thus his knowledge was weak. Apparently he didn't even try to reach out to this group of displaced ANARCHISTS before he was paid to play the token street artist, who presumably has STREET CRED and is able to be some sort of community ambassador of PEACE? If he had been genuine in his mission of SOCIAL JUSTICE and had reached out to all parties involved maybe then he would not have been surprised when he was called a yankee hipster and assaulted by some of the very people who he likes to affiliate himself with. That he didn't reach out is emotionally insensitive and the behavior of an egoist/opportunist.

This issue is obviously something close to the heart of people in Denmark. Thus it is not surprising that this was one of the outcomes of Fairey and his interaction with the people there. Apparently while speaking with a concerned blogger in Denmark he got into a "conversation that was heated, but I stayed calm and made my case for the work while debunking the theory that I was paid to do it by the city or that it was "an ad" for my commercial art show (even though it did not contain the word Obey)". I'm not sure how Fairey writes this bullshit with a straight face. I mean there is a big ass ANDRE THE GIANT OBEY face right in the middle of the fucking wall. RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE!! This is an obvious attempt to promote his OBEY BRAND, but again we see him trying to act like some anti capitalist, peace loving, intellect who always take the high road. These backhanded apologies seem to be a weapon of choice for Fairey as we recently saw him apologize to his "friend" of whom he had un-thankfully used a picture of which this "friend" had taken. He used this picture in a gallery show of his without asking. His apology consisted mostly of him boasting about his numerous achievements and saying that while he understands that it is hard to be a underachieving artist like this "friend" of his, it is much harder to be as popular as him. This apology seriously hurt just reading it!

Since this has happened a group of artists representing the demolished home have been allowed to add some of their own thoughts to the wall. While the Fairey's version naively proclaimed the space as one of peace, this group of LOCAL artists realistically memorialized the TRUE VERSION OF THE PAST AND PRESENT STRUGGLE.

This new legal addition to the wall was soon followed by and illegal extinguisher tag. Apparently the animosity is deep at this camp site. All the more reason Fairey should feel embarrassed. He claims that this is all a mistake and that he blindly went into this production. But again I'm thinking that if this is true and he didn't know the surface level issues surrounding the work he is commissioned to do how can any of his work be taken seriously? Is this an admission of his willingness to be a posterboy? I'm not sure what's worse being the posterboy for propaganda or being the designers of the posters?

So that guy who wants to END THE WARS and END THE FEDERAL RESERVE has won the ONLINE STRAW POLL in IOWA. Not only did he win but HE CRUSHED the competition taking in a total of 44% of the 6000 votes. This is great news for the PEOPLE OF IOWA and indicitave of RON PAUL'S true positon in the upcoming PRESIDENTAL ELECTION. In a game that often comes down to choosing the lesser of TWO EVILS he proves that that this doesnt have to be the case. Dr. Ron Paul gives a breath of fresh air with his campaign for liberty and true hope that WE CAN ELECT a GOOD person if we wish.

YO YO...what it dewski!!! The Hambloggggggggerman is coming at you today because CREATIVITY is with us!!! I had a chance recently to go and check out a local Art Gallery/Collective the other night that goes by the name ARTLAB. Its located up on 35th and Adams. This place is real COOL. It was hella crowded at the show that I went too but I was still able to catch some pictures that I wanted to share with the space travelers that have found there way onto this corner of the HAMBLOGGGOSPHERE!!

The show that was going on consisted of many artists. In the back of the gallery there was a live band playing and folks selling craft...Check out this fresh flask that I got from an artist by the name of PANCHO.

Im gonna have fill this thing up with some tea or something and hit the block like WHOA!!!!

One artist that was shining most intensely at the show was a guy by the name of Roger Penny. Roger has obviously spent many o day behind the brush. His pieces are detailed, colorful, big, provoking, masterful works of art that highlight the architecture of the female body and the surealism of our daily experience. I was stuck on his work for most of the night and have since gone back to further enjoy this exhibit. The way that he maneuvers the paints, offers shading and dimensions that seem to create more then one point of view in the same picture. The effect of this is seriously mind altering.

In his exploration of the Female Body he has seemingly employed similar methods as those used in designing the SPHINX. Once I realized this the importance of this work became for real. It made me think about what type of drawings were going into making the Egyptian Sphinx and Pyramids. I would imagine there drafting rooms were filled with drawings that were similar to Rogers. While standing there looking at his painting I felt the fabric of time was becoming illuminated right in front of me. This feeling was also MIND ALTERING.

This picture above does not do justice to the awesomeness of this sculpture. It is life size and throughout the inside there are stairwells going from the bottom to the top as well as balconies on each floor level. If you were 1 inch tall you could seriously live in her like a castle. This piece is absolutely amazing and If I were you I would go to the ARTLAB today and check it out immediately.

I also ran into this cat by the name of CHARLIE APPLESAUCE out side the gallery . Dude was hella cool and rockin a boom box. He pretty much summed up the night with his friendly demeanor and love for art. Keep doing your thing Charlie!!!

You know that rebel organization, known as The Transitional National Council that "The United States, which like some 30 other nations has formally recognized."

Really though does this surprise anybody? The T.N.C. is admitted Al Qaeda, This is who my representative in Congress felt it necessary to BACK UP so as to maintain a free and prosperous Libya. This is who the President of my Country sees fit to replace Gaddafi and a cause he is so dedicated to he will go back on his oath to the Constitution and thus the people of his country!! Are these Adults really this STUPID????

Of course they are not this stupid. Al Qaeda is a group that was originally created by the C.I.A to fight the Russians. They are now being used by to fight Gaddafi. Just look at the plush treatment they got after 9/11 when they were taxied out of Afghanistan before the U.S.A (Land of the Free) used depleted uranium and other exotic weaponry on the people there. Even though the reason given to the American public for us invading Afghanistan was that Al Qaeda was nesting there, we literally flew them out.

And just in case you start feeling lucky don't forget they have also been used as a tool against the American People.

CHARLIE, if i may, is known for his work as "one of the scientists whose observation that several polar bears had drowned in the Arctic Ocean helped galvanize the global warming movement." I WONDER WHAT EVER HIS CRIME OF IMMORALITY COULD BE??

Perhaps something to do with this FORBES article that says that new/old NASA SATELLITE DATA proves that the global warming alarmist, RIGGED,peer reviewed, computer models are, as we already knew, in fact WRONG. And that the Earth is doing just fine releasing access heat when its necessary and that CARBON DIOXIDE has a far less impact on the CLIMATE THEN THEIR FANCY COMPUTERS had predicted, INCORRECTLY PREDICTED I might add.

Here is an article which in they claim the new data simply "makes the skeptics feel good, it irritates the mainstream climate science community, but by this point, the debate over climate policy has nothing to do with science," "It's essentially a debate over the role of government," This sounds a bit extreme to me doesn't it? Is the debate on the science really over? I smell a bit of willful arrogance in this remark. It would be a sad thing for one to let their ego take them out of the game like this.

The truth is the debate is very much on and crackin. Let us not forget that CO2 "exists in Earth's atmosphere as a trace gas at a concentration of 0.039% by volume." The plants breath it in. WE EXHALE IT. We can never let the government get their hands on our right to produce this LIFE GIVING GAS, for that would mean them becoming our puppet masters!!!

From the get go THE PHANTOM STREET ARTIST has been one of the most OUTSPOKEN critics of the recent STREET ART show at MOCA and not without good reason. There was obvious conflict of interest because of Dietch's/Gastman's portfolio interests. BLU'S mural gettting buffed was a major indication that something wasn't right. Then there was the whole ELI BROAD-MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX/SOCIAL ENGINEERING aspect of the show. THE PHANTOM aka EL FATOM wrote multiple articles,reviews, interviews and preformed in a BUTOH dance party, in an effort to spark debate and shed light onto these TABOO topics. Touching upon all of these subjects with one sentence he says "Their attempt to survey a broad historical movement offers us a lens that is distorted through acts of censorship as well as by sophomoric omissions from both the exhibition’s timelines and its roster of artists. They attempt to fabricate fictitious histories of Graffiti’s true logos without conveying transparency and integrity, and all the while concealing conflicts of interest."

Lucky for us EL FATOM HAS NOT STOPPED!! Over the last month he has had a show running in Portland titled BLACKLISTED AND BANNED. In it he is calling attention once again to the MOCA show and ,in my opinion has taken the dialogue to a whole nother level.

In these continued efforts to expose the ills of this show, and most importantly the fraternization/wall street ideologies that were driving the curatorial decisions which led to censorship and elitism THE PHANTOM STREET ARTIST has employed many techniques. This APATHETIC forgetfulness has become instinct as we take on the role of a LOBOTOMIZED MOB OF ZOMBIES robbed of THEIR TRUE HISTORY. The Hambloggger Man thinks it to be PRETTY DAMN COOL that this show was thrown in PORTLAND. This show needs to be taken all over the country and world. Is anybody surprised by today's headlines that "Libyan Rebels Loot Hospitals and beat Civilians"? Of course most articles that I've read, spin it so that the Rebels are made out to be the victims who have no choice in their fight against Gaddafi. This Human Rights Watch article caused the commotion stating they saw the Rebels loading the stolen goods onto their trucks and that houses continued to be burned. Human Rights Watch seems to have set the apologetic tone that so many of the articles of today expressed.

One unapologetic article that I came across was from Black Star News entitled "Evidence:NATO-backed Libya "Rebels" are clearly terrorists". The author is surely not surprised by these acts of brutality and says that the Rebels really have know choice and that "They know that their only path to power is by the barrel of the gun and NATO bombings; in other words, through terror." Of course it is. They go on to say "NATO should immediately halt the illegal bombardment of Libya. Rather than protecting Libyans, NATO has spread the war throughout the country" and that "NATO should compensate Libya for the deaths of civilians, and for the damage and destruction caused." Now that sounds like a damn fine idea to me!!

This is the fruit of war. Anybody who is surprised by this is naive. The Human Rights article also says that they have documented Gaddafi forces using landmines. This may be true and is also another one of the poisonous fruits of war. The only choice here is to end the WAR. Actually the only choice was to never start in the first place. Many peoples lives have already been ruined by this, many taken so they will not be around for this SECOND, just as important choice. END THE INHUMANITY.

Obama and Company sit around talking about how they are concerned about the DEBT but still continue to dump billions of dollars into CONTINUOUS BOMB DROPPING. There is no way to take these people seriously. Not them or their PUBLIC RELATIONS media outlets that work to manipulate the minds of the people can be trusted in the least bit. How people still to this day drive around with an OBAMA sticker on their car is beyond me. The man orders drone planes to kill people in PAKISTAN and people cheer him on. This is disgusting.

On June 24,2011 congress was given the opportunity to vote on cutting the funds for Americas involvement in the current invasion/destruction of Libya. To no surprise my representative Susan Davis voted against cutting the funds. As a matter of fact in the same day she voted to authorize an expansion to the U.S. involvement in this WAR. This saddens me greatly.

When I called her office headquarters to get her reasons for doing so I was told by her staff that she trusts Obama and so she stands behind him in his decision. WOW! Is Susan Davis really just a lap dog to the current "Democratic Administration". I would think that as an ADULT and LEADER in our community she would have had a more genuine perspective on such an important issue. Her staff then directed me to the web site for additional information on the topic, but I had already looked on the site and there was nothing on it in regards to Libya. When I told them this they replied "Oh yeah, well this is a recent issue and she hasn't had a chance to post anything". RECENT ISSUE??? REALLY?? 100+ days into the invasion and she has not even a blurb about the issue. Does she really think that this is an acceptable answer?

Now we've seen the reports where innocent civilians in Libya are have been blown up by NATO bombs. SHE SAID NOTHING. We've seen the videos of the "Rebels" racist lynch mobs. SHE SAYS NOTHING. Well why would she? BARRACK "NOBEL PEACE PRIZE"OBAMA has also stayed silent on these issues and since she is following his lead........We now know the stories of Gaddafi's Viagra fueled Rape Gangs are lies. We know that the "Rebels" armies consist of many Al Qaeda who were fighting against the U.S. in Afghanistan and she SAYS NOTHING!! The Air Force Times this week said, that despite Obama saying the U.S. is no longer directly involved in military action there, the fact of the matter is the U.S. has been on over 800 bombing missions since NATO supposedly took the lead. SUSAN PLEASE SAY SOMETHING!!!!

I'm sure she would like for us to believe all these happy WAR MONGERING LIES that her and her friends like to make up. Like the one about no U.S. ground troops. PLEASE!!! I know this game SUSAN. You know damn well that we are gonna go in. Once Gaddafi is killed you will tell us that its no longer a WAR and that we are simply going there to insure DEMOCRACY has a home. YOU WILL TELL US THIS EVEN AS AMERICAN TROOPS ARE BEING KILLED. When this happens know that you are and accessory in this CRIME.

To end this I would like to reach to you SUSAN. Please take another, deeper look at the invasion of LIBYA. Think about all of the lives that you can help to save by speaking up and using your VOICE for PEACE and not continuous non stop war and murder. 10 years into war we see the price of occupation. Our countries economy is falling apart and our culture is becoming numb to violence and emotion. Do you really want to lead us into another situation that will only make these much worse??

"When Geithner took office the total national debt stood at $10.6 trillion. As of June 30, 2011, it had risen to $14.3 trillion." HMMMMM. Wonder how in the heck we are gonna pay that back?? Are we supposed to?

"In fact, the debt accrued under Geithner is greater than all federal debt accrued in the first 204 years of the nation’s history." Tim "Turbo Tax" Geithner must be so proud of himself having set this horrific record. Him coming fresh ooff the job up at the Federal Reserve he proves that he his game is as tight as ever. Continuing in his crews tradition, of exaggerating the nations wealth by inflating it money supply, he now wears the crown as KING OF INFLATION.

I don't know about you folks but It makes me happy to know that I'm seeing history in the making. NOT!!!

Seriously though it's sad to know that he thinks he is doing a good job and that by his and his families standards he is doing just that. Are we any better off after this huge increase in debt? The only thing I've seen is prices go up on everything because of the watered down value of my CASH. It's not even funny how much one has to pay for a bag of groceries these days. So Barrack sits there and tells you that he does not even need to speak on the constitutionality of the LIBYA INVASION because we are not in hostilites as the War Power Resoloution defines it. This of course is BULLSHIT and anybody who reads the WPR will know this. However today a new report comes out and says that infact America is and has been engaged in dropping bombs from the get go. Here is the the exact quote from the Air Force Time article.

" U.S. aircraft continue to fly support [ISR and refueling] missions, as well as strike sorties under NATO tasking,” AFRICOM spokeswoman Nicole Dalrymple said in an emailed statement. “As of today, and since 31 March, the U.S. has flown a total of 3,475 sorties in support of OUP. Of those, 801 were strike sorties, 132 of which actually dropped ordnance.”

U.S. involvement in Libya obvioulsy goes far beyond Tactical Support. It involves dropping bombs on hospitals, schools, and any where else they think Gaddafi might be hiding out. My assumption is that after they kill Gaddafi U.S. ground troops will have to go in order to secure DEMOCRACY and Obama will use the excuse that since Gaddafi is dead we don't have to call this a war, simply a humanitarian mission. WILL WE ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN??

Hotel Killafornia or California Representatives approve bombing Libya

A great many folks woke up today and read the news that NATO forces in Libya had accidentally dropped a bomb on the wrong house over the weekend. Due to "Systems Weapons Failure" a farm was hit and 15 people were killed including three children. This of course puts the already murderous and phony humanitarian agenda of the U.S./Nato war machine further into question.

Curious as to what some of my local politicians thought about the U.S. supported NATO invasion of Libya I came across a couple interesting videos. Apparently not many of my representatives are vibing with me??

Turns out that Mrs. Feinstein is all about these imperialist aggressions. She and some of the other WAR MACHINE components ie. John Kerry, John Mcain are currently working on a resolution to stop bullshiting and give Obama the authority to do whats needed to end the Gadafi regime. DID SHE NOT SEE THIS DEATH OF INNOCENT PEOPLE COMING?

Its probably much easier for her to have this position of tyranny and lawlessness since her sister from another mister Senator Boxer believes in fact that she has already cast her vote and that all of this is to-do about nothing because well as she puts it "What their doing is working". Really IS IT?

Devin Nunes a Congressman/Farmer who worked under G.W.Bush has come out publicly with his support for the NATO HUMANITARIAN/REGIME CHANGE agenda. He seems to resonate with Mrs. Boxer in his feeling that the U.S. should really do all it can. He goes a bit further saying that we should go all the way implying that boots on the ground may be what we need. I WONDER WHAT HE THOUGHT OF TODAYS HEADLINES OF NATO MASSACRE???

Is there any voice of dissent amongst any of my political reps these days? I'm sure there is. I'de like to see Susan Davis take the reins on this one and inject some peace into this awful situation. I'm not sure if she is really hip to the issue though because I was unable to find any quotes on the matter and she doesn't list Libya as one of the areas of "Emerging Threats" on her web site. According to other reports she has floundered the opportunity to question army officials on these sensitive matters.

Barbara Lee starts to make a little a bit of sense when she brings into question the constitutionality of Obama's ability to bring into war the United States as he did. This proves to all be an act though because two seconds later she does a 180 degree turn and says she understands his reasoning based on humanitarian needs. Being that she was put on this fake ass show to falsely represent PEACE the host has to then act like he is disagreeing with her through facial gestures as if his annoyed all the while he is verbaly agreeing with everything she says. REMEMBER 2+2=5.

This is sad. These wars are the indicators of imperialism. The innocent people dying are going to be called collateral damage. We need PEACE. These wars are an obvious failure however we have been programed to believe that they are our destiny. The true success in life is to love and spread knowledge. Be a part of your experience and achieve virtue. This is done through peace, intellect and compassion. These are all free to everybody. If this campaign of hate doesn't stop there will be many more innocent Libyan people killed this is for sure. This is Sad.

About two thirds the way through this broadcast he casually mentions the fact that foreign troops are on the ground helping out the rebel "opposition". He says they seem to be British but offers no evidence so I'm not sure why he thinks this. One thing for sure is he stands out in this crowd.

This is the how the beginning of an occupation looks. I know some people who supported this supposed "humanitarian mission" did so under the pretenses that it was to not include troops on the ground. I assume these troops could just as easily be American.

Detroit police kill 7 year old with flash bomb while taping t.v. episode

I had always instinctively felt that the T.V show "Cops" and those like it were degrading to humanity. Since getting arrested can be quite a stressful experience, and the police know this, I think its really messed up to add cameras and spotlights to draw the whole neighborhoods attention. Another thing is that they never show anybody being arrested for any high $ crimes like extortion or bribery or fraud, making it seem like the only crimes being committed are by drug dealers, drunks, or drama queens. After hearing about this latest killing of a seven year old girl during a police raid that was being filmed for a show called "First 48" in Detroit I can see even better why using criminal investigations for entertainment is truly a morbid act.

Everybody who has stood in front of a camera knows that when you do its as if all of the eyes of everybody who is ever going to watch the tape are on you at that exact moment. This will cause you to step your game up or choke under the pressure. So now think about what these cops must be going through. Already under the stress caused by having to arrest somebody imagine how much more is put on them because they are under the spot light. Can anybody really say that it doesn't affect the cops performance? Of course it does.

We all know what sells T.V. shows and its not scenes where a Cop politely knocks on a door and calmly asks some investigative questions. NO! Its scenes where cops are busting through doors, mowing down people with their cars, or perhaps tasering somebody. BLOOD AND CUSS WORDS are what sell cop shows. Beat downs and car chases get sponsers. So naturally as the stars of these shows the COPS involved are going to dramatize these events. In this case in detroit where Aiyana Jones was murdered the cops involved did exactly just that. Throwing a flash bang into somebodies house seems a bit over the top especially when the front door was open and their are kids knowingly in the house. Then firing a gun when they have not even been threatened with harm. This is criminal negligence and the presence of these cameras onsite needs to be looked at seriously.

Cops already have issues with their self esteem. Seems like they are always trying to show you who is boss while they huff and puff and stick their chest out making sure that they don't look like a pussy. Can you imagine how much this is increased when they think that their entire unit will be watching them on T.V. I think we are giving way to much credit to the people involved with these shows, that by the way are making boatloads of money, by believing they are able to give a balance report or that their program's agenda is not in any way perverting justice. This is totally naive.

Alot of people will shrug this off and say "what are you surprised" or "well at least he didn't rape her" and then go on with their daily routine. Well truth is im not surprised and I'm very much glad he didn't rape her but these are not the issues.

Arnold was compromised. You can be sure as shit a lot of people knew about this. Most importantly the people who Arnold was working for. The Enron People, The Global Warming People, The Kennedy's etc. all of these people knew this and would have used it to get Arnold to bend to their will. This is typical operating protocol. The Day I Fell In Love With L.A. or PROTESTING WITH THE HAMBLOGGGERMAN

5:00 am. April 16 2011
Its early. Stayed up late working on protest flier. I should be tired but my adrenaline is already pumping. I wake up the wifey, whose gonna give us a ride to greyhound, then go to the kitchen and make some coffee. Turn on the light in the living room where Pauly Nade slept on the couch. He pulls himself up and grabs the bubbler. The party begins, CAMP TRASHED STYLEE!

We make it to downtown San Diego with plenty of time to kill. We buy our tickets then hit the block. Must have been a good party last night cause the streets of downtown are quite. Across the street from the station there's a new Federal Courthouse being built and next to that is a Federal Prison. What better place to smoke some weed. My cousin Josh gave me a pinche the other day so i figure we are good. (For those who don't know a Pinche is one of those sneak-a-tokes that looks like a cigarette, it's short for pincher) We walk the couple blocks around it and don't see one guard. I wonder whose checking in who in this GHOST TOWN? We burn the hour then head back to the greyhound.

10:00 am
Woke up in Long Beach. More people get off then on. The people in front of us get off so Nade moves up. We take off. Bout an hour till we get to LA. The guy in back of me is talking really loud so I could hear him over everybody else. At first it sounded like he might be handling some legit business. Then I started to hear something about his "team" was doing good. Then he started to refer to this "team" as "bitches". Hmmm. Next call and he's setting up an appointment and discusses prices. It becomes obvious this guy was literally pimping out of the back of a greyhound bus, and they say it ain't easy. Anyways that's the greyhound for you. You can meet some cool folks but you can also sometimes see some pretty sad shit.

We drive over the now blank LA RIVER into the greyhound terminal. Jump off the bus and land on 7th. Beautiful day for a protest. I pack the pinche. Neither me or my friend Nade are fluent in Los ANGELESE nor do we know our way around this town. All I know is that the museum is in a place called Little Tokyo. We decide our best bet is to head for the tall buildings just off in the distance.

We get about 5 blocks down 7th and the area is starting to look a little grimy. There is a gang of trash on the street. On the side streets I start to see some homeless camps. A couple more blocks and I pass this 250+ lb. lady in a spandex dress, with a thick layer of make up on her sweaty face, limping across the street. We walk past a pile of human poop. Is this somebodies idea of STREET ART? Some guys on the corner are selling drugs to a crackhead. We keep it moving. Another block and we pass a building with a Freemason seal and OES seal across from what looks to be a cop shop. HMMM. Another block down I see a throw up and next to it says SKID ROW.

We push on through to the Fashion District. There are people sewing everywhere in the storefronts. Nade says he's hungry and wants a Burrito and Beer. I've decided that as part of my protest today I will be staging a hunger strike. I wanna stay on my toes and eating will only slow me down, but BEER on the other is a just the type of carbs I need. The sugar will give me lots of energy and the hops will take the edge off what may potentially be a tense situation.

Weve been walking for blocks and the only taco shops we can find don't sell BEER? We ask the locals but none can tell us where one is. They seem as surprised as us when they realize that they don't know of any. As if they just went to one the other day but can't remember where it is. STRANGE? There are still a lot of homeless people mixed in with all the seamsters and fashionista's looking for something new. Some dude skips by with no shoes, dirty as a the cellar, with a pink fluffy boa and some busted ass pair of highwaters. Nobody else seems to notice him as he fairy skips right past them. I'm thinking folks down here must be used to this type of behavior. AWESOME!

We get out the fashion and push into downtown. There's gotta be a place around here to help us out. Heat, Hunger Strike and lack of fluids got's me feeling dizzy. People in costumes start to show up all around us. Marathon numbers are hanging from their costumes. The thought of running makes me hot. Peoples faces are starting to LOOK strange. I think the fumes from all the cars are starting to suffocate me. How are these people running a marathon in this maddness? The answer to that is DUBLIN'S.

Like an Oasis in the desert this well spring of beer named Dublin's appeared. A cool little Irish Pub with way too many tv's and a very nice selection of alcohol. Me and Nade slide into some seats at the bar. I decide to see what a San Diego beer tastes like when drunk in LA so I get a Ballast Point Big Eye IPA. We do the beer chant then proceed to victoriously drink. First one goes right through me. On the way back from the bathroom I run into a pack of the girl runners. When I ask about the marathon they laugh and tell me it's a scavenger hunt not a marathon. SCAVENGER HUNT IN DOWNTOWN LA. WORD! Back at the bar Nade's decided in the name of adventure we should keep all bars to a 2 drink minimum and since Dublin's doesn't sell food til later we finish the second beer and head out. One of the runners is dressed like a big weed leaf so I get a picture with her. NICE!

Totally refreshed we make it about 2 blocks till we find Mas Malos! From the front it looks like it might be some busted ass place. You walk in and its like you stepped into some 20's jazz club. Vaulted ceilings with all types of ill crown molding. Mirrors all the way up and like a 40 ft bar. Bartender is Chris. I get an organic margarita and Nade gets something and a burrito. Burrito is massive. Margarita is the best Ive ever had NO JOKE. SPENDY but TASTY! Chris asks what brings us to LA and we tell him about the protest. He knows all about it. He was not happy bout the BLU buff job and was pumped to see us. Next we drink some Bloody Maria's. Nade gets a call from his friend in town who has a hotel up the street. He gives Nade an address and Chris,being the swell guy that he is, draws us a map on how to get there. Having reached our 2 drink max we say our goodbyes and slide back into the strees of LA.....

The parks in LA are home to some interesting people. There seemed to be people from all walks of life here. One park in particular we went to was a real trip. Next to families playing on the swings would be some wino passed out. Then on the bench some guy would be reading and on the next bench some homeless man just staring into space talking to himself. All of it being watched over by a security guard. It was all a bit surreal. The type of park you can go eat lunch at but at the same time might catch or a shank to the stomach. Despite its diverse human ecosystem we decide it is not cool to smoke at so we bounce.

3:15pm
Wandering through the LA. Its crazy how the transvestite crackheads and the downtown business people move in harmony with each other. The city is crawling with dope fiends and well dressed people on cell phones. Seemingly out of nowhere pops up MOCA building number 2. A man is standing in front of it with his family. I ask him if he is a human being. He says yes. NICE! He asks me if I am. OF COURSE. I tell him we are on assignment covering the art show and were protesting the censorship. His family laughs cause he was just telling them about it. Apparently he is a local artist who had worked with MOCA and had some things censored while working with the museum. WHOA! He wishes us luck and says that if we are interested in corruption we should check out the Disney building across the way. Somehow as we were walking over there we got sidetracked and ended up heading back into downtown.

My friend Adrian calls me. He is driving around downtown LA. He swoops me and Nade up and takes us to his loft where he runs his clothing business. We drink a bottle of champagen, twist a couple blunts and proceed to shoot breeze. Adrian listens to my protest and gives me some good criticisms. He says that he can drive us down to the MOCA whenever. He kicks me down some gear and then we jet.

5:30pm
Walking up to MOCA my adrenaline starts to pump. There is a crowd already outside. First person I see as I'm walking across the street is Risk so I ask if he has a second to talk. He is all ears. After voicing my concerns about the censorship I tell him that because America is currently leading at least 4 wars I didn't think that this was a good time to be downsizing the issue of war. He agreed that killing people was not a good thing and thanked me for being concerned. He shook my hand and then kindly excused himself. That Risk was the first person that the universe sent my way was in my opinion a good omen.

An hour goes by and the crowd of people is swelling up. At random I'm picking people out of the crowd and handing them a flier which was titled "The HamblogggerMan's guide to Art In the Streets ". Being that 3 out of 4 people would take one I ran out of my first stack pretty quick. Not only were they taking them but a lot of folks were stopping and talking to me about the protest. Most of the people that I spoke with had already known about the BLU CENSORSHIP situation so I figured it must have received a lot of local coverage. Some agreed with me others argued on behalf of the museum, but either way everybody was very respectful of my right to voice my opinion. All the PEOPLE at this show were HELLA COOL. Knowing that the party just began me and Nade ran up to staples to get some more copies of the flier.

We get back to the spot and there are now people everywhere. It's a warm southern cali night, the air was crisp and my mind was fluid. The perfect conditions to get pumped for another round of chanting down the military industrial complex. This time though I figure I need to get more attention so I start yelling out "BLUUUUUU. BLUUUU." Like he was my lost kid or pet dog. People were bugging out not knowing if the should try and help me out! Some little kids came walking by with their parents and started yelling "BLUUUU" These are the burgers of the future...FRESH! The mobile mural lab would routinely come up and park in front of the museum which was cool because it had a dope TEMPT piece on the side of it. People were now hanging everywhere inside and outside the museum. A huge graffiti show was going on and NO BEEF! This was pretty damn cool I must say.

Round this point I see somebody dressed in a wedding dress covered in white make up and powder. They are creeping up the front walkway. They look old and hunchback. Very witch like. Their eyes are bulging and completely black. They circle around me a couple times chanting what seems like some sort of voodoo spells. The hunger strike mixed with the adrenaline and alcohol inside me were starting to produce some interesting visual effects. Slowly it starts walking up to me. I'm trying to play it cool and hand out some more fliers but this person is crazy looking. Finally about 2 ft from me it put out its hand and introduced itself as "The Phantom Street Artist."

I'm not sure how many thousands of people have walked by but soon agian I was almost out of fliers. The Phantom, who is actually dressed up like Jeffery Deitche's wife, has been creeping around the front of the museum for a while. I've asked a few hundred people if they've seen BLU. The Phantom leaves and says we should roll through to Senor Fish. Me and Nade are posted up on the stairs for a few just watching. I decide its a good time to break the fast so I eat some fungus that I brought. Talk about a POWER UP. Pass them to Nade then get to looking for BLU! I think I might be starting to annoy some people with all my yelling. GOOD. Enough fun. I close my eyes and see the dollar draped coffins. I open them and see America partying. I realize I haven't been to the other side where the BLU mural actually was so me and Nade pack up and head around back. There are some candles burning in remembrance. We burn a blunt and listen to Los Angeles. The sky is black and purple. Cop sirens sing past us. Some people in the parking lot are drinking and smoking. I feel good about the protest but there is something missing?

We meet up with El Fatom in the back of the bar where his crew his hanging. He is no longer in costume but rather he is wearing a clean ass jogging suit with a matching b-boy hat. Im amazed at how quickly he cleaned up. We talk for a sec about the party and he introduces us to his friends. Everybody is hanging the vibe is relaxed, but inside of me is a whole nother story. Protesting cultural imperialism has stimulated my nervous system to a point of blast off. Throughout the protest my level of energy continually grew. Each person I spoke with charged my battery a little bit more. This made it easy during the the protest to talk to any and every person but something in me had changed and in the state of mind I was in now it was hard for me to talk to anybody because all I wanted to do was SCREAM. There was this feeling of frustration building inside of me. I didn't understand this feeling? Hadn't I been successful in my mission? I made it to LA. I found BEER. I kicked it with the fam. MY VOICE WAS HEARD. What was left?

I had spoke with Joe B. on the phone one time but this was the first we had met in person. He had a friendly handshake and and wore an intellectuals smile. He still had some remnants of his powdery costume on and in the low lights of the bar he took on an angelic look. We spoke about the exhibit and other things going on in the LA. His low voice was comforting to me and was helping me to mellow out. He started to tell me about some of his travels and the influence that street art has in different places. This brought us back to the BLU mural.

Until now I didn't know that there was a federal building across the street literally towering over the MOCA wall. All the media that I had heard prior to the show had not pointed this out as perhaps one of the groups that might be offend. Being that these guys are the ones pushing the wars I could see how this mural might make them uneasy. When Joe referred to the wall as a reflection I immediately understood. The image of a FEDERAL somebody standing in their window,looking out over at BLU painting a mural, of what to them would look like a big middle finger, all the sudden became very clear in my inner minds eye. A reflection indeed. Of all the reasons why Blu's mural should of stayed it was this one. Too often the people on top don't ever have to look at themselves in the mirror. They have people who do that for them, but if every day your sitting in your office looking out over your empire and their is a huge banner that calls out your murdering treacherous ways, you might start to think about what your doing. Joe was right in pointing out that this is the power of the wall. The wall can be a reflection. I was amazed that this was the first time I had heard this connection mentioned. It was getting late and I had gained a deeper understanding for the situation. I felt like It was time to go so we say our goodbyes and once again find ourselves on the concrete paths of LA's urban jungle....

We realized we just missed the last greyhound. FUCK. We are wandering around little tokyo. I'm thirsty. That feeling in my stomach, even though relaxed a bit now was still present. I start to realize what it is. I wanted to talk to more people in the show. As a journalist I had not done my duty in successfully getting any inside information. I was an outsider and I felt like one. We find a bench and talk about getting a hotel. Sounds expensive. I say lets get a drink. The feeling is weighing me down. The streets are still filled with people. Adrian texts me some hotels addy's. We decide to walk some more. We get about a block then I realize I left the drawing Phantom gave me on the bench so we head back. Can't believe I almost left it. This feeling is overtaking my mind. We start walking up the block when across the street I see Saber walking by.

He is walking quickly. I yell out his name. He looks over and and smiles. I ask if he has a moment to talk about the show. He says yeah but not much cause his fam is waiting. Me and Nade start to walk across the street and he greets us both with a handshake. He seems genuinely happy to talk to us and asks if we went to the show. I told him that I would have liked to go in but that I was protesting MOCA because of them painting over the BLU mural. He laughed and said he had heard me yelling outside. He said it was cool though and that he was going through the same issues with the city buffing his murals. He said wasn't happy with Blu's mural getting buffed but that he was going to do everything he could to keep GRAFFITI ART alive and that he wouldn't let something like that stop him. He took time to break down the dynamics of the business as he saw it and positive things that he wanted to do. He spoke with a passion that I rarely see people speak with. It's like when you hear somebody lying and you just know there lying, except the exact opposite. He was telling the truth and I knew it. We talked about some other art stuff, including this blog of which he was so kind to give some painfully helpful advice. He then shook our hands and wished us luck. A true gentlemen.

The knot in my stomach is gone. I feel like I can breath. My thoughts are starting flow fluidly again. In the place of frustration I feel accomplished. The streets are still pulsing with life. I get a call from Adrian who was checking the bus schedule. Next one is 2:30. COOl. Me and Nade find a bar to go into it for a drink. The band is playing some thrash punk. Its perfect. I order 2 stones but get 2 stellas. FUCK IT. Every drink is love. The guitar feedback is ear piercing. I'm in ecstasy. Mission accomplished. Story got. Protest handled. People friended. Tree smoked and drank drank.

Get to the greyhound with enough time for one more blunt. Nade twists it up and we relax on the bench out front. A Rasta man named Tony comes up and joins our session. Dude is jolly. We speak on the tree game and fractional reserve banking. He says all one must do in life to be free is declare their own sovereignty. In the next hit I do just that. He is a refreshing experience and testimony that you can meet cool folks on the bus. we finish that say our goodbyes and jump back up on bus. SOUTH BOUND.

Hello Stranger.
Agents of the government are all around you. Listening, studying, observing our every move. This is because you are currently taking part in a data mining operation. Once the DNA of graffiti has been decoded these scientists will clone armies of their own genetically mutated writers (GMW'S). Through MASONIC contracts with law enforcement these GMW’s will be given special treatment. While most “ordinary” writers will have their houses raided for sharpie tags this new class of GMW’s will not worry in the least when they have the biggest pieces in town. High budget new magazines will appear that will focus only on these GMW’s who will openly share their true identity. This will confuse other writers initially but then it will mistakenly be seen as testimony to the fact that these GMW’s are bad ass and truly don’t give a fuck. This will insure the GMW’s place at the top of the graffiti underworld.

As soon as these GMW’s have secured their position as leaders they will willingly move the wild packs of savage writers onto the FARM/MUSEUM. Their first act as chief will be to move the tribe onto the reservation. Staying true to the CASINO GULAG ECONOMY banker protocol ART careers will be given out like rigged slot machine jackpots. As the THOUGHT POLICE show up to GALLERY OPENINGS and snatch up dissidents the GMW’s will point in the other direction and say "Isn't my painting awesome". As the day gets closer this ball of nerves in my stomach is getting bigger and tighter. For the first time in my adult life I will have the chance to meet neckface!! The universe I assume is also feeling as anxious as me because just today she sent one of her agents extraordinaire to get shit crackin off real tight. Here's the video.

Could there have been a more appropriate time or place for KATSU to do the damn thing? I think not. This could have actually worked out very well for Jeffery Douche had he not suffered from a serious case of spinelessness. We saw how limply he capitulated to the demands of ghost critics when he painted over BLU'S antiwar-prohumanity/conciousness mural because "people MIGHT be offended". Katsu's piece on the other hand offered no potential threat to the emotional well being of the community. Odds are most people would have thought that it was part of the show and reacted to it in somewhat the same manner as they would all the other ILLEGAL fire extinguisher tags that blanket the Los "Home of the Fire Extinguisher Tag" Angeles metropolitan area, THIS IS THE PROBLEM.

I have to applaud KATSU for his daring antics. Impeccable in timing, he has forced this institution to expose themselves as enemies to GRAFILITHY. Enemies who have attempted to infiltrate and lead the free spirited community of artists who are not interested in sponsorships or cash advances but rather find gratification in utilizing and protecting the free and uncensored medium of street art AKA. fire extinguisher tags! Now exposed it will be much harder for them to achieve their goals. As light expels the darkness so truth evicts the wicked.

Who will be the first to excuse this? Will they tell us to get over it because its just street art and we should be used to that type of HATRED! Maybe Shepard Fairey will have a similar reasoning as he did on the Blu situation. I think it went something like "The situation is unfortunate but I understand MOCA’s decision. Sometimes I think it is better to take the high road and forfeit a battle but keep pushing to win the war". I'm sure most of the self respecting artists in the show are probably not very thrilled on the matter. It must now really feel like that movie "sleeping with the enemy". Wither or not anybody will come out and speak against this bullshit is another question. I'm sure the Broad Foundation will be keeping their eye on this investment.

Shepard Fairey speaks on Libya or Global Warming is eating Shepard Fairey

Finally got that answer from Shepard Fairey in regards to his stance on the recent US led-UN Military action in Libya.(Read full text here) Truthfully my hope was that Shepard was not going to tow the party line, that this was a humanitarian issue, and that he would condemn Obama for ordering these attacks that would definitely be killing innocent people. I could not have been let down any harder.

Attempting to dismiss any accusations that it was hypocritical to not criticize Obama's wars while at the same time criticizing Bush's wars he wrote "Libya is very different than Iraq. The U.S. started the war in Iraq. In Libya there was already a popular uprising underway and it began to fail... possibly leading toward a massacre of those who rose up against the dictator." You mean like Saddam may have POSSIBLY had weapons of mass destruction. Really I don't see much of a difference. I also don't believe that the current United States Military Industrial Complex can or will act out of anything but their selfish imperialistic interests. So by getting involved in this POPULAR uprising chances are AMERICAN IMPERIALISTIC influence would only taint the victory if it were achieved. Shepard shows us here that he still has trust for the war MACHINE. Essentially he still OBEYS the war machine!

Further excusing Obama for this bombing campaign he said "Obama joined a UN coalition to aid the rebels with air strikes." Now I admit not everyone knows that the UN is a bullshit globalist organization but that Shepard Fairey had not heard the news that the LIBYAN REBELS are being led by AL QAEDA struck me as odd. I mean this is on the news everywhere you look. At the very least I would have thought that he would have had a suspicion that we may not know exactly who these REBELS were and that until we did the smartest and most peaceful thing to do would be to stay out of it. I'm starting to think that Shepard is not as down with this whole world peace thing as I was led to believe by pictures like these.

He went on to say that "The right wing would call Obama soft on dictators if he did nothing, and now they are saying he entered a war without approval from congress. Obama is in such a hostile political environment he's screwed either way." Shepard is obviously caught up in the false left/right pepsi/coke Edward Bernays style democracy. Or maybe he is just in the business of selling it. Either way he is heavily invested and herein lies the problem with this type of blind allegiance.

He allows Obama to go against his campaign speeches of peace so that his party DOESN'T look weak. Then he forgives Obama for breaking his oath to the constitution, by not getting authorization of congress, because it was the only way make his team look strong. In the end he throws up his hands in apathetic angst and blames it on a hostile environment, as if politics have ever not been hostile. SO in case you wondered wither or not Shepard was still down with team HOPE this should pretty much sum that up.

He ends his correspondence "I think Obama should pull the U.S. out of Afghanistan completely, but I'm not sure yet about Libya. The U.S. did not instigate in Libya and as long as we don't send troops there, and only help the opposition until things stabilize, that may be the least awful outcome." This idea of having no ground force is childishly naive but nonetheless pushed very hard. Without troops how will we know if the bombs we are dropping are working? How would we know when to stop? How do you know if there are kids around? OH YEAH DRONES AND SPY SATTELITES! Without troops on the ground we are just terminator planes dropping hell from the sky. Shepard may be ok with this but that doesn't mean that it would ever happen. Of course there will be troops there. What do you think the CIA is there for? To help the REBELS?

Now even though I may have went into this hoping that Shep would have strayed from the war mongering my instinct told me otherwise. If he hadn't spelled my name wrong I would have thought it was a robo-response. In my opinion he regurgitated a nights worth of MSNBC/GE/BOMB MAKERS nightly download. As a leading figure in the street art movement and an artist that is known as a voice of social justice I would think that his philosophy would be a bit more nuance and critical of the establishment. Perhaps its all that glue messing with his membranes or the side effects of global warming!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH

OPEN LETTER TO MOCA ARTISTS or THE HAND THAT ROCKS THE CRADLE

I've written an OPEN LETTER to all artists involved in the upcoming ART IN THE STREETS show at the Museum of Contemporary Art-Los Angeles. In this letter I've asked the artists (as many as I could get contact info for ) if they had any comments on the recent censorship of Blu's anti-war/pro-consciousness mural that he painted on the museum as an advertisement for the show. Not an unreasonable request I thought?

Before posing this question in the letter I first stated my concern that this act of censorship was actually a public execution of the anti-war element of street art and thus hoped to have a chilling effect on the rest of the artists, not only in the show but in the artist community at large. I stated my position to try and let the artist know that I wasn't just trying to start some graffiti beef but that I had legitimate humanitarian concerns (as all readers of this blog know to be true).

In my humble attempt to reach out to these artists I made sure to first and foremost extend my congratulations to them. I have been a fan to many of these artists for a long time. Seeing them succeed is very cool. In many ways they are setting the tone of the conversation between main stream and the underground. Its for this reason that I thought it all the more relevant that they all be weighing in on this matter of censorship.

It's been a few days, multiple emails, a couple afternoons worth of twitters since this initial attempt to contact them and although the responses have been limited they have also been quite telling. Espo, obviously tight on his PR game was quick to respond. When asked if he thought Art In the Streets was Graffploitaion or Respectable Exhibit he said "Both". When responding to the issue of Blu's piece getting buffed he said "graffiti gets buffed, big deal. controversy is another word for marketing." This statement I agree in and of itself is true, but can it be applied to this situation? Blu's piece didn't buffed because it was illegal. It got buffed specifically because of its message. This was an intentional form of censorship/media blackout.

Revok didn't seem to be to impressed with my timing on the matter tweeting earlier today "@hamblogggerman -that's old news, with so much amazing stuff happening within this show... Talk about something worthwhile." While its true that this particular event happened a few months ago, and in today's world of 24 hour news feeds stories get old quick, the struggle of artistic freedom will always be an issue that in my opinion is something worth talking about. In fact we should all fear the moment we stop talking about it because that will be the moment art no longer makes people think. I would have thought that Revok would have felt me a little bit more on the subject being that he often has blogs that deal with the oppression and tyranny of the state. Recently focusing in on police brutality. Is this act of censorship not just another form of this tyranny? Something else worth talking about is why ELI BROAD, the worlds 45th richest person worth 3.8 billion, is the one financially backing this whole GRAFILTHY show. Anybody got any thoughts on this? Please comment!

Askew1, who himself has recently suffered a brutal act of censorship was also cool enough to share his point of view. When asked what he thought of the matter he said "the censorship of Blu's work was sad but still the MOCA show will be amazing-with that line up how could it not be?. I know it's a simplistic view but I'm happy some people I rate are getting the chance to shine." I replied that if censorship found its way deeper into the show how fresh it was would not be left up to artists. Instead it would be left to the curators.

Askew and Blu have alot in common. They both got buffed and then given an offer to repaint under certain conditions. Askew said that he wouldn't work with those people and that "Principally I have to consider it working with the enemy." I'm sure Blu felt the same way. Shit who wouldn't? So when Askew gives this morally bankrupt museum a pass because his friends are getting a chance to shine I, with total respect, have to say that is a double standard and implies that as long as his friends are getting chipped up working with the enemy is ok. YES MOCA IS THE ENEMY. Lets remember here folks that BLU's mural was an ANTIWAR mural and we just happen to be leading at least 4 wars where milllions of innocent people will die. EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS. The only people fronting like thats not the case are agents of the military industrial complex aka THE ENEMY of free humanity!

Anyways Im not really buying into this idea of a pass being given so that folks have a chance to shine. One of the beautiful things about graffiti is that it needs no museum, no internets, no magazines in order to shine. It shines wherever it wants to. These museum curators should be honored to have people, who have risked their lives for art, preforming at their place. Instead they are trying to set the limitations.

KNOW FREEDOM!! KNOW ART!! NO FREEDOM!! NO ART!!

Now!! I know there had to be some voice of dissent coming from the streets. And who better to articulate this then THE PHANTOM STREET ARTIST himself. In a recent critique put out by him he said "These factions and their cohorts present the age old argument that any release of information and or expression will lead to threats of national security or cultural, economical and political loss in place of discursive knowledge and expression." Apparently he shares some of the same sentiment of mine when it comes to what the implications of the BLU buff saying "What was significantly revealed through its censored act was that the Wall Street speculators and the Art world culture of speculation are all cut from the same patterned ilk. Both worlds resemble underworld seedy RICO backroom trading enterprises. In affinity both markets revolve around mercantile speculators who through clever inside trading, marketing and publicized means and objectives exist to inflate and hype the prices of so called blue chip commodities." Is the Phantom far off in his appraisal of the situation?

Now as we approach the end of this article I want to make something very clear. I don't believe that Espo, Revok or anybody in the show, who didn't reply to me, was happy to see BLU's mural slaughtered. I think they have too much emotionally invested in the show to talk about how they really feel. Just today we saw another horrific attack on the art community when a recent MSK wall was censored. Within minutes twitter was blowing up with SABER saying "The irony is too thick. We are being honored @MOCAlosangeles as graffiti artists while other testicles of the city are removing our murals." He goes on to thank the museum for putting on the show, but if the show is just becoming a safe place for graffiti to go when its removed from the streets then isnt it more like a GRAFFITI RESERVATION? Revok requested that"if your in the area throw rocks." but by this logic we should throwing rocks at MOCA? I just hope they dont expect anybody from MOCA to stand up for them in their own battles with censorship, because obviously inclusion in this exhibit does not insure that your ART IN THE STREETS will live on. There's just way to many haters!

CHEER FOR SMEAR

You know its funny the way the universe works. Ive never really been a believer in the "Rock Bottom" theory, but today I became a bit more so. See with all the fuckin drama in the world, the hatrix being so thick, and my mundane repetitive life my outlook had started to become extremely jaded. Truthfully up until earlier today I had pretty much just given up on HUMANITY!! and then???

And then I decided to click on a link labeled SMEAR INTERVIEW. Doing some research for an upcoming article about censorship in art I had recently seen the name popping up often. Seems Mr. Smear is a very well established artist in the streets of LA and had recently been having some legal problems stemming from a prior conviction. Even after serving his sentence the PIGS still got it out for him. Even though he had stopped bombing the cloud still followed him.

I could easily see how this situation could really bring a dude down. Shit im not going through anything half as bad and im manically depressed. Yet only a couple questions into the interview you can tell SMEAR has not let this effect his swaggar.

Picking up his name from a friends older brother Smear describes himself as "a regular god damned George Washington". When asked what fuels his work he replied "frustration, anger, fear, and suspicion." Shit man I got all of these, and to think Ive been letting them keep pent up inside me when I could be using them as motivation. If we could all just transmute these negative emotions into something like this

His unique perspective is indicative of a creative imagination. Pondering on what might motivate people to bomb he said maybe "a bad case of hemoroids". Such a humanistic simplicity!! Brilliant. I think that one of my faults is that I over analyze people or situations while Smear would probably just tell it how it is.

"Just because all of the people around you are morons destined for shit doesn’t mean that you have to follow them on their paths to nothingness." These words just keep playing themselves in my head. Like this might be what I write on the walls of my childs nursery!! Fuckin DEEP man!!

I am a bit concerned about his vice though. I just hope he is wrapping it up cause it only takes one drop. YADDAAMEAN!! Dont trip though SMEAR. Keep doing your thing. A leader walks with no fear. KEEP ON HOLDING IT DOWN MAYNE!!!!

This is a follow up to this past blog on which I set about to try and get in touch with Shepard Fairey in order to get a comment on his position on the recent military actions in Lybia. Unfortunately I have not been succesful in getting in touch with the man, however the story has not completely fallen on its face.

I sent another email to his assistant Tina that went like this:

Still waiting for a comment. I didnt think that anybody could take longer then Obama to weigh in on the issue. Guess Ive been proven wrong.

Her response, which came in about 2 minutes from my request was:

Now while I do appreciate the quick response I'm totally not impressed with the amount of integrity which the OBEY camp is showing. I dont know maybe they think Im full of shit and not a internationally known bloggger but not even that gives them a pass on this ill behavior. I mean even if I was just a mere fan that resonated with Shepards Political philosophy, as Im sure many are, would this not warrant a more lengthy answer? It seems that this question is trickier then it may seem!!

In response to my last blog I received this anonymous comment:

Is this really a position that can be taken? While I dont disagree that Shep is a designer, I would also say that most of his designs have some sort of political commentary. Look at the piece that he is doing right now at MOCA!

Imagine that!! He is putting up a picture of Malcom X and at the same time staying quite on the fact that a gang of AFRICAN people are feeling the wrath of imperialism being led by the United States. His work continually champions revolutionary figure heads, but Im not supposed to ask him his stance on revolution? I really hope that Shepard wants his fans to hold him to a higher standard then that. If they dont I will!

Bound and determined to succeed on this investigation of mine Ive realized that there are many other resources to be utilized. Getting hip to the game I just started up the official HAMBLOGGGERMAN twitter acount. My first twitter to Shep went like this:

Haven't heard back and I wont hold my breath. My fear is that Shepard has had his entire political discourse laid out for him. Was there some sort of agreement that he had to sign to get into the Obama Camp? Is this why weve started to see OBEY start to move away from Political Commentary and more towards POP FASHION? Were there contractual stipulations that limited the criticism that he could voice? Is he on some sort of residual income? These are all valid questions at this point. Ones that I intend to continue to ask.

Yo people what it DOES!! Im writing this entry to begin the documentation of my attempts to reach out to SHEPARD FAIREY in order to understand what his position is on the recent UN approved US led attack on Libya. Here is a copy of the first email that I sent to him:

Hello Shepard,
Im writing to inquire as to your position on the recent UN approved US led military advance into Libya. Being that you gave Obama such a monumental amount of support during his presidential campaign, in hopes of him being a antiwar canidate, I would assume that you do have a position on this matter which will no doubt cost many innocent lives. Please let me know if I can get a direct comment or if your going to be putting out a press release as you have in the past concerning matters similar to these. As a a leading figure in the Street Art movement I think that your opinon on the matter holds alot of weight with people, especially young folks, who much like you wanted an alternative to the BLOOD THIRSTY war machine of the Bush adminstration. Please let me know as soon as possible so that we may get the word out. Thank you for your time. The HBOO CREW

I’ve emailed this to all of the contact emails that I can find for him (so if you know of any personal ones to get at him hook me up. I’ve attempted to reach him at his studio but was told he was busy and given an email address to reach his assistant. Hoping that I was getting a bit closer to coming into contact I emailed her this same request today. This was her response:

May I ask what this is for? As you can image his schedule is pretty overloaded especially with a show coming up in a couple of weeks. We thank you for your support.

Too BUSY???? Come on now Fairey. You can find time to promote your depiction of the wave crashing in to Japan but cant take a few minutes to either, one stand in allegiance with Obama or part ways and really start to demand that he live up to his campaign promises. In this matter I do believe that silence is compliancy to the war agenda.

Of course my obvious reasons for wanting a statement from Shepard is because of the amount of support he gave to Obama (ie HOPE PROPAGANDA). Shepard did this under the guise of supporting the ANTI-WAR candidate and after that last Obama speech where he accepts total responsibility for the recent strikes in Libya (as if the surge wasn’t enough) there is no way that one can still live in this FAIREY (no pun intended) tale world. Im sure that Shepard is aware of the hypocrisy’s being birthed by the Obama administration so you would think he would be all over this issue in the same manner in which he has criticized so many other war mongerings of the past! If he doesn’t have any beef with Obama on this matter it would seem to me that he is selectively choosing who should be held accountable when it comes to commiting these crimes against humanity.

Today however I found even more of a reason to try and squeeze Fairey for an answer. While surfing through the interweb in hopes that he may actually have already made a statement,and that I may have missed it, I found this picture posted on the OBEY blog. The guy in the picture (seen wearing an obey beanie) is a Libyan “Rebel” who claims that they are being over powered by Ghadafi but that he would stick around and fight till the death. It would seem that he would find himself on the side of this conflict that would welcome the intervention of the UN allies. Now im not sure about all the specifics as to what ideology Massoud is pushing but one must be slow when jumping to the conclusion that whoever is against Ghadafi is good because as weve seen there is concern that the rebel groups in libya may have Al Qaeda connections. THIS IS MAJOR!!!

SO is Shepard using pictures of Libyan Rebels to promote his clothing line or by posting pictures of them is he showing support for their cause? Is Shepard asking these questions of the guy who he helped thrust into the White House? If so then why is he not being more publicly vocal about this? If not then how is it that he is seen as some sort of ICON in the world SOCIAL JUSTICE ACTIVISM (as he so flagrantly calls his work.

So yeah Ill keep posting as to where this bout of Journalistic research takes your boy!!! and if you see Shepard on the streets pass the word that the HAMBLOGGGER is is eagerly awaiting his response.

The world continues to prove that its just one spiraling vortex of truth, deception, honesty and hypocrisy. The dizziness that ensues is just about enough to make me vomit. Fortunately ive read enough of the art of war to know that letting this emotion get the best of me is a sure fire way to seal my fate as a dead man so! Its with a straight face that I report on this incarnation of irony thats bleeding into the minds of people all over los angeles KILLAFORNIA!

Just a few months ago we reported on the horrific assault on the ANTI WAR ART MOVEMENT via the PUBLIC EXECUTION of a mural painted by the artist BLU! Jeffery Deitch said "This is 100% about my effort to be a good, responsible, respectful neighbor in this historic community"

This was just a further insult to the masses of people who believe in peace and condemn the blood being shed in their names. People who know that their loved ones who died in these wars did not die protecting their country, no they died protecting the interests of multinational banking cartels. Needless to say the event caused quite a stir in the los angeles community and the MOCA caught a lot of heat. I called for an act of solidarity amongst artists and asked for them to boycott the gallery to show that we are a community of people who could recognize this assault not just on BLU but on the the very core of art which is freedom of expression. If this type of hatred is allowed to continue artists will become slaves to a standardized agenda which would suck the imagination out of humanity turning us in mindless robots turning out mechanical blabberings about what ever our programmer chooses.

It would seem that I could not have been any more right. This April 19 the very same spineless shell of a wanna be art gallery plans on bringing to the people an exhibit entitled ART IN THE STREETS. The name in itself describes the level of oxymoronicisms that are going on up round here! They say this show is "going to be the first major museum survey of the history of graffiti and street art presented in the United States."Apparently the museum will not be exploring any of the areas of Graffiti's history that may "offend the community" as Deitch said about the BLU mural. Now being that graffiti is typically known as offensive to the communities in which it mars this is going to be a tough job. Im sure some things will slip through the cracks but I have a HUNCH that all of the ANTI WAR elements of the history of GRAFFILTHY will be redacted before the show.

This will surely be a sad thing. The ANTI WAR and GRAFFITI movements have gone hand in hand for so long. Perhaps the Anti War is more dependent on Graffiti because so often the main stream news pushes only the PROWAR-ANTILIFE agenda. Without corporate sponsorship it can be difficult for the ANTIWAR movement to then get its message out to the masses. Grafilthy can then become the only option. Its in your face tactics have been found to be one of the most efficient and direct ways to get the word of peace out into the streets. Graffiti also has a deep affinity for the ideological foundations of the ANTI WAR movement because being against the war these days is always ANTI ESTABLISHMENT-PRO FREEDOM! This sentiment is what the two share and embody in their essence. Displaying one without the other will be difficult to do no doubt. A mission that could only be taken on by the most sophisticated of social engineers. Who could this be? Well it seems that the answer is in plain view. According to the press release put out by MOCA "Art in the Streets is made possible by The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation."

The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation:

A nonprofit organization dedicated to raising student achievement by recruiting, training and supporting executive talent from across America to become the next generation of urban school district leaders. They recruit folks from the military, wall street CEOs and teach them the ins and outs of running schools then get them jobs as the superintendents of schools. Eli Board is the founder . According to Forbes 400, at $3.8 billion, Eli Broad places forty-fifth in U. S. sure wealth. Eli's philosophy that has him WINNING as it would seem is that “For our country to once again become educationally competitive, we need to prepare our students, especially those in our inner cities, for a global economy far beyond the four walls of the classroom." Of the graduates of his class his says" These proven leaders are ready to take on this challenge, and they have stepped up to take on the most important job in America: urban school superintendent.” (The next in that line of importance being PARENTS.) The success rate of his school has been phenomenal and so many of our superintendents today in our school districts are also Military commanders. (Looking back on school now I realize why it was so militarized. You got these fucking assholes running the place behind the curtains.)

So it would seem that we have now figured out who exactly it was that Jeffery Deitch was talking about when he said that he was afraid BLUs mural was going to offend people. Those people were going to be the sponsors of his next big show. If Eli Broad's main goal is to get the military industrial complex/bankster class fully embedded in the nations school front to promote his global future economy surely he does not want people to question the validity of the war. Being that in this grim future, where him and his cohorts intellectually bankrupt the masses so that people forget how to keep a family and the boys have to grow up to be cannon fodder because just as the worlds economy is presently driven by the military industrial complex you can be sure many more jobs in the future will be in the war industry. Blu's mural because it questioned the motives of war was a threat to the FUTURE as Eli Broad envisions it. You know the future where the bank owns everyone's house!!! If people saw this mural they might think a bit harder when it came time to make the decision as to wither or not they were going to die for these multinational banking cartels.

Now the question that begs to be asked. What is it that, through the promoting of GRAFILTHY and all of its historical exploits, is ELI going to achieve? Obviously its to connect to the "Inner City Youth" he is so eager to help out.RIGHT!!??? The line up of artists looks to be quite impressing. Apparently none of them read my manifesto of resistance. Im not mad at them though. Concerned for their artistic integrity I am though. I would hate to see some useful idiot fall into this den of blood sucking vipers even on my worst day. Questions should be asked though and for not doing this nobody gets a pass.

Barrack Obama took a moment from his Holiday Vacation and commented today on the growing talk of the hypocrisy that is being displayed in the US invasion of Libya in the name of HU-MAYNE-ITY saying "I'm accustomed to this contradiction of being both a commander-in-chief but also somebody who aspires to peace," Obama said while polishing his reflection in his Nobel Peace Price. "We're not invading a country, we are not acting alone," he said. "We are acting under a mandate issued by the UN Security Council." Apparently thinking that the whole idea of getting congress to back the use of the Military was PASSE Obama seemed unshaken from the sun burn that he had gotten while laying out on the beach for yesterday. When sked if murdering Ghadafi was an answer to the problem Obama looked annoyed and said ""I think - our hope is - that the first thing that can happen once we've cleared the space is that the are able to start discussing how they organise themselves, how they articulate their aspirations for the Libyan people and create a legitimate government," Clearing space obviously referring to the innocent people that reside in the cities of Libya that are set to be bombed. When asked if the 144 tonnes of gold that was at Ghadafi's disposal was of concern the president said "Keep in mind we don't just have military tools at our disposal in terms of accomplishing Gaddafi's leaving," he said. "We've put in place strong international sanctions. We've frozen his assets. We will continue to apply a whole range of pressure on him." I guess this means that they think they will be able to squeeze him for that too. Should be easy to do since the multinational bankers setting up this entire ponzi scheme will be the ones to sell him all of the ammunition he will use. When asked if there was going to be any time line put onto our involvement in Libya he said ""Potentially what we may see is all the enthusiasm that the Libyan people had for a change in government that was occurring a few weeks ago, that had been repressed by Gadaffi's brutal amplification of force".

Colin Powell demands answers over Curveball's WMD liesFormer US secretary of state asks why CIA failed to warn him over Iraqi defector who has admitted fabricating WMD evidence
Colin Powell, the US secretary of state at the time of the Iraq invasion, has called on the CIA and Pentagon to explain why they failed to alert him to the unreliability of a key source behind claims of Saddam Hussein's bio-weapons capability.

Responding to the Guardian's revelation that the source, Rafid Ahmed Alwan al-Janabi or "Curveball" as his US and German handlers called him, admitted fabricating evidence of Iraq's secret biological weapons programme, Powell said that questions should be put to the US agencies involved in compiling the case for war.

In particular he singled out the CIA and the Defence Intelligence Agency – the Pentagon's military intelligence arm. Janabi, an Iraqi defector, was used as the primary source by the Bush administration to justify invading Iraq in March 2003. Doubts about his credibility circulated before the war and have been confirmed by his admission this week that he lied.

Powell said that the CIA and DIA should face questions about why they failed to sound the alarm about Janabi. He demanded to know why it had not been made clear to him that Curveball was totally unreliable before false information was put into the key intelligence assessment, or NIE, put before Congress, into the president's state of the union address two months before the war and into his own speech to the UN.

"It has been known for several years that the source called Curveball was totally unreliable," he told the Guardian . "The question should be put to the CIA and the DIA as to why this wasn't known before the false information was put into the NIE sent to Congress, the president's state of the union address and my 5 February presentation to the UN."

On 5 February 2003, a month before the invasion, Powell went before the UN security council to make the case for war. In his speech he referred to "firsthand descriptions of biological weapons factories on wheels and on rails … The source was an eyewitness who supervised one of these facilities". It is now known that the source, Janabi, made up the story.

Curveball told the Guardian he welcomed Powell's demand. "It's great," he said tonight. "The BND [German intelligence] knew in 2000 that I was lying after they talked to my former boss, Dr Bassil Latif, who told them there were no mobile bioweapons factories. For 18 months after that they left me alone because they knew I was telling lies even though I never admitted it. Believe me, back then, I thought the whole thing was over for me.

"Then all of a sudden [in the run up to the 2003 invasion] they came back to me and started asking for more details about what I had told them. I still don't know why the BND then passed on my information to the CIA and it ended up in Powell's speech.

"I want there to be an inquiry so that people will know the truth. So many lies have been told about me over the years. I finally want the truth to come out."

Powell has previously expressed regret about the role he unwittingly played in passing on false information to the UN, saying it had put a blot on his career. But his latest comments increase pressure on the intelligence agencies and their former chiefs to divulge what they knew at the time and why they failed to filter out such a bad source.

George Tenet, then head of the CIA, is particularly in the firing line. He failed to pass on warnings from German intelligence about Curveball's reliability.

Tenet put out a statement on his website in response to Curveball's admission. He said: "The handling of this matter is certainly a textbook case of how not to deal with defector provided material. But the latest reporting of the subject repeats and amplifies a great deal of misinformation."

Tenet refers to his own 2007 memoir on the war, At the Centre of the Storm, in which he insists that the first he heard about Curveball's unreliability was two years after the invasion – "too late to do a damn thing about it".

In the light of Curveball's confession, politicians in Iraq called for his permanent exile and scorned his claim to want to return to his motherland and build a political party. "He is a liar, he will not serve his country," said one Iraqi MP. In his adopted home of Germany, MPs are demanding to know why the BND, paid Curveball £2,500 a month for at least five years after they knew he had lied.

Hans-Christian Ströbele, a Green MP, said Janabi had arguably violated a German law which makes warmongering illegal. Under the law, it is a criminal offence to do anything "with the intent to disturb the peaceful relations between nations, especially anything that leads to an aggressive war", he said. The maximum penalty is life imprisonment, he added, though he did not expect it would ever come to that.

Curveball told the Guardian he was pleased to have finally told the truth. He said he had given the Guardian's phone number to his wife and brother in Sweden "just in case something happens to me".

Further pressure on the CIA came from Lawrence Wilkerson, Powell's chief of staff at the time of the invasion. He said Curveball's lies raised questions about how the CIA had briefed Powell ahead of his fateful UN speech.

Tyler Drumheller, head of the CIA's Europe division in the run-up to the invasion, said he welcomed Curveball's confession because he had always warned Tenet that he may have been a fabricator.

Tenet has disputed Drumheller's version of events, insisting that the official made no formal warning to CIA headquarters

Nine killed in three drone attacks in NWA

MIRAMSHAH: Unmanned US spy aircraft carried out three more missile strikes in the North Waziristan Agency on Sunday, killing nine people. Some reports said that at least 13 militants were killed in Sundayís drone attacks.

Tribal sources said the drones in the morning fired two missiles, striking a car carrying three people in Donga Madakhel village in Dattakhel Tehsil. They said the three men travelling in the car were killed in the attack and their bodies were mutilated beyond recognition.

In another attack, a drone fired two more missiles and hit a motorcycle in the same area, killing two people. In the third attack, a CIA-operated drone hit a car in Dindarga village near Gharyum area of Razmak Tehsil, killing four people.

The sources said in the first attack, the drone had fired two missiles at a moving car near North Waziristan’s boundary with South Waziristan. There were no details about the identity of those killed.

It was the 10th attack by the US drones in North Waziristan since the start of the year 2011. On the other hand, tribesmen continued their protest against the frequent missile attacks by the US drones in North Waziristan.

After Miramshah, which is the main town of North Waziristan and where hundreds of tribesmen had staged a protest on Friday, hundreds of people on Sunday held a huge rally in Mir Ali, the second biggest town of the restive tribal region.

The tribesmen kept their businesses closed and staged a protest on the main Mir Ali-Miramshah Road. They chanted slogans against US President Barack Obama and CIA officials and held them responsible for civilian deaths.

They condemned the drone attacks and killing of innocent people and asked the United Nations and major world powers to take note of the suffering of tribesmen in North Waziristan. The protesters complained that the drone attacks had been promoting militancy and violence in the tribal areas. They also said that a large number of tribesmen were suffering from different mental disorders due to the climate of fear created by the drone strikes.

WASHINGTON, Jan 20 (Reuters) - U.S. health officials are investigating a rise in reports of a type of seizure following vaccination with a Sanofi-Aventis SA (SASY.PA: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) (SNY.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) flu vaccine, the Food and Drug Administration said on Thursday.

The febrile seizures, or seizures related to a fever, have primarily been reported in children younger than 2, the FDA said in a statement on its website.

The FDA said 42 cases of febrile seizures had been reported as of Dec. 13 and it and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were investigating if they could have been caused by the vaccine, called Fluzone, or if other factors were involved, the FDA said.

Having a fever can cause a seizure in some children. About 4 percent of young children will have at least one febrile seizure in their lifetimes, the FDA said.

"In the cases reported, all children recovered and no lasting effects have been seen," the FDA said.

An FDA spokeswoman said 36 of the cases reported to its vaccine adverse event reporting system were in babies and toddlers aged 6 months to 2 years, with 10 serious cases. She said 38 of the febrile seizures occurred within a day of getting Fluzone.

Experts stress that just because something happens soon after receiving a vaccine, it does not necessarily mean the vaccine was the cause.

The FDA spokeswoman said the vaccine surveillance system did not detect extra reports of febrile seizures after the 2009-10 seasonal flu vaccine or the 2009 H1N1 swine flu vaccine.

The CDC recommends everyone older than 6 months get a flu vaccine annually. That recommendation has not changed, the FDA said.

The Sanofi-Aventis flu shot is the only one recommended for infants and children ages 6 months to 23 months during the current flu season.

The company said it was working with the FDA to investigate the cases.

"At this point no correlation between influenza vaccine and febrile seizures has been established. Adverse events after vaccination may be causally related to vaccine or may be coincidental," Sanofi-Aventis said in a written statement.

The risk of severe illness from influenza is higher among young children, especially under age 2. About 9 out of 10,000 children ages 6 months to 23 months land in the hospital each season for flu-related problems, the FDA said.

Shares of the French drugmaker were up 2 cents at $34.12 in afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

So in part one we went over the pure quackery of this fluoride game. second part we browsed over the source of fluoride and the fact that it is a FUCKING HAZARDOUS WASTE!! Really Im sick just thinking about writing another part to this modern day MAD SCIENTIST DEPOPULATING tragedy, but like the old saying goes THE SHOW MUST GO ON!!!

Part 3. Is every bit as disgusting as the others but a bit more technical. The Doctors who wrote this book have made sure to offer case after case in which the BASIC belief that fluoride is good for your teeth is proven to be A STRAIGHT UP LIE. They also go over many of the original studies that promoted POISONING/FLUORIDATING the water in a successful attempt to expose the way in which the data was manipulated so as to make sure nobody would be the wiser. For while it is true that since the 50's tooth decay has been in decline in areas where the water is fluoridated, it is also true that tooth decay has been in decline in areas where it is not!!!! The later part of this is generally what is left out by the fluoride proponents.

So WHO IS IN CHARGE??? Are these people just stupid and kiling folks or are they PURE FUCKIN EVIL and killing people?? Who's house can I go throw some eggs at??? According to this book nobody is in charge. All the Health Agencies in the country have worked together to either shrug their responsibilities in unison, by either not examining crucial RECENT INFORMATION on the matter and updating the laws or not enforcing laws already on the books which dont allow for the POISONING of the population. at least not with out INFORMED CONSENT!!

THE COST OF VACCINATING AGAINST SEXUALLY-TRANSMITTED DISEASE
Do you know how much money we are paying (as U.S. taxpayers) to vaccinate infants and children against sexually transmitted diseases?

I spent some time today looking at the numbers. Here is what I found:

In 2008, there were 4,247,695 births in the United States according to the National Vital Statistics report .

Nationally, in 2008, the percentage of children between the ages of 19-35 months of age who lived below the poverty level (and therefore qualified for government-funded vaccinations) was 28.7 (Source)

Assuming the percentage of children born in 2008 and living below the poverty level is similar to the percentage of other preschool children in the U.S. who are living in poverty, we can estimate the number of government-funded vaccinations for children born in 2008 by multiplying the total number of births (4,247,695) by the percentage rate (.287). This gives us an estimate of 1,219,088.

According to data gathered by the CDC, among those children whose vaccinations were funded through the Vaccinations For Children (VFC) program (government-funded vaccines), 95.1% received all three Hepatitis B Vaccinations.

This means that 1,159,353 American children were vaccinated in 2008 against Hepatitis B (three times each) at tax-payers’ expense.

What does this mean?

According to the CDC’s Vaccine Price List, the cost of the Hepatitis B Vaccine (CDC cost per dose) is $10.25.

Three doses (as recommended in the 2010 Childhood Schedule) would cost $30.75.

So, the United States’ taxpayers paid a total of approximately $35,650,105.00 to vaccinate infants against a sexually-transmitted disease. IN ONE YEAR!

Our government spent more than thirty-five million dollars (our tax dollars) vaccinating children against hepatitis B. IN ONE YEAR!

Hepatitis B is a sexually transmitted disease. It is spread through sexual contact and sharing of infected needles, just like HIV/AIDS. Recent studies reveal that ANY immunity conferred through vaccination is GONE in 2-5 years. So, those children who have been vaccinated as infants will no longer have ANY immunity from vaccination by the time they become sexually active (unless they are crib-hopping in the hospital nursery!).

This is a complete waste of money. However, this is money that has already been spent. What we need to ask ourselves at this point is, what do we have to look forward to in the future?

The Hepatitis B vaccine is a vaccine that is designed and marketed as protection from a sexually-transmitted disease. Another vaccine that has been recently developed and heavily marketed as protection against a sexually-transmitted disease is the HPV vaccine, known as Gardasil or Cervarix. Assuming that our government will continue to fund vaccination according to the recommended schedule for all U.S. children living at or below the poverty level, we can expect our taxpayer dollars to fund the vaccination of these children against HPV in the future.

The current cost of Gardasil (CDC cost per dose) is $108.72.

The current cost of Cervarix (CDC cost per dose) is $96.08.

Splitting the difference, we can expect to pay AT LEAST $ 102.40 per injection. At three injections, that means we (the U.S. taxpayers) will spend approximately $307.00 per child to vaccinate against HPV.

At $307.00 per child, it will cost us (the United States’ Taxpayers) $374,260,016.00 to vaccinate the children born in 2008, and living at or below the poverty level, against HPV virus. Of course, by the time children who are born in 2008 reach the age where they are required to receive the HPV vaccination in order to attend school, the cost of the vaccine may be much higher than it is now.

This is nuts.

The only ones who are benefiting from this are the vaccine manufacturers and the government officials who support them. Meanwhile, more and more children are dying from the vaccines, which are not only expensive, but have never been proven to be safe or even effective.

WE ARE FOOTING THE BILL WHILE THE GOVERNMENT IS KILLING OUR CHILDREN!

AIGHT YALL..so the first part of the book examines and ask questions on whether or not the mass drugging of people through the use of the water supply is reliable, safe, or ethical. I would have to say HELL THE FUCK NO!!! so let us further flesh this out.

Chapter 3 is titled THE CHEMICALS USED. Starts off with the story of how in the 60's regulations were put on companies that were mining phosphate for fertilizer. As they were processing the SHIT gases were being emitted from their smoke stacks in factories. This gas was traveling to neighboring farms and crippliling cattle, killing plants so one can only imagine what it was doing to the farmers. It was most likely giving them cancer and crippling...HMMMMM you think!!!

So these regulations made it MANDO that these shit processing companies put some scrubbers inside the smoke stacks at their factories. The waste that the scrubbers pick up while cleaning these stacks has fluoride in it. BUT along with the fluoride a gang of other arsenic's, leads and other will fuck you up and kill you type radioactive materials. In the 60's folks were already using another type of FLUORIDE to clean their teeth so all that was needed was a good PUBLIC RELATIONS campaign and people accepted this NEW SOURCE of FLUORIDE regardless of the fact that this new source was completley contaminated. THIS IS HOW FLUORIDE FOUND ITS WAY INTO OUR WATER SUPPLY.

BUT this is like walking through the woods and your thirsty. You find a spring of water but see a fat ass bear turd sitting at the top of it. Just jumped into a new book called THE CASE AGAINST FLUORIDE that I picked up the other day while at a San Diegans for Safe Drinking Water meeting. Instead of doing a review when Im done with this book, which usually insures I lose some of the info, Ive decided to to some play by play while im reading it. YADDDAMEAN!!!

Aight so heres the deal. Certain health agencies have come to determine that Fluoride is the answer to the TOOTH DECAYING EPIDEMIC that we are having today??? Applied to the teeth topically they say that fluoride kills the bacteria that cause this horrific disease TOOTH DECAY!!!!! (side note#1 Originally these HEALTH agencies claimed that it was when FLUORIDE was ingested that its healing effects were felt, but later realized that was PHYSICALLY FUCKING people up so they changed it to TOPICALLY, but I digress). So in an ALTRUISTIC effort to cure the world of TOOTH DECAY!!!! the folks who work at these HEALTH AGENCIES decided that it be best to MASS MEDICATE the planet via SPIKING THE TAP WATER!!!

Now heres where the book asks some IMPORTANT QUESTIONS about this hyper-altruistic MASS DIAGNOSIS!!! First off shouldnt any self respecting doctor require that before any diagnosis comes from them that they would have to have a 1 on 1 consultation with the patient. SEEMS FAIR. How could they really be sure that it was TOOTH DECAY without this. What if it was something way more serious??? Without a physical examination how could the doctor insure that the patient was not somebody that had a physical condition that caused them to more easily be negatively affected by fluoride exposure?? It could be something super obvious too like YOU BEING IN A WHEEL CHAIR, ELDERLY, A BABY (all these are signs that you may be hurt if you ingest fluoride) and the doctor would never know.

SECOND QUESTION??? Without ever meeting the patient how could a doctor determine what would be the correct dosage for an INDIVIDUAL?? Is this not based off of the physical make up and medical history of the patient at hand?? Surely a doctor would not prescribe the same dosage to a 1 year old when you barely have any teeth as to a 25 year old who has all their teeth and whose body is much bigger and fully developed..WOULD THEY???

An adult can take 2 Tylenol while a child is given 10 percent of this. does FLUORIDE have some magical element to it!!! its STARTING TO SMELL LIKE QUACKERY IN HERE!!!!

3rd ????? Without being in contact with this GHOST PATIENT how could a doctor feel like they have done their duty in making sure that the person they're about to prescribe a POTENTIALLY DEADLY DRUG TO has been fully informed. That they understand on how to use the drug. THAT THEY KNOW HOW MUCH TO TAKE??? These things to me would seem to weigh heavy on the mind of somebody who was genuinely concerned about their patients WELL BEING. DO YOU YADDDDAAAMEEEAAAANNNN!!!!!

Now this question really fucked me up...HOW Efficient is using the water supply to distribute a drug when 95% of all of the water is used for other things then human consumption..you know like your pets, washing your cars, watering your lawn, washing your clothes and all that other shit you use water for... Really all of that drug is wasted instead of just giving to people through pills. or wait a minute..hold up. TOOTHPASTE!!!! oh wait its already being done. hmmmmmmmm..just think how many teeth could be saved with the water you use every time you flush the toilet!!! damn thats greasy!!!

Anyways this is kinda the opposite direction in which the questions are asked in the book but thats how we do!!! And they seem preeeeeety fuckkkkkin obvious to me..not only the answers but the need for them to be asked in the first place...for they are of equal importance..

It would seem to me that every doctor, dentist, scientist and health professional in general would be pissed off due to the mockery that is being made of their esteemed occupations by this FLAGRANT QUACKERY?? Essentially all of the moral codes of conduct that they hold to be righteous are trampled on in the name of fight TOOOOOTH DDEEECAAAYYY!!! Imagine that???? all that school for nothing!!!

I dont think this is a case of passes being given out as much as it is one of the care givers being naive students of a CORRUPT school of thought that teaches that questioning its authority is a sign of ignorance. SAN DIEGO -- The son of former Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez of Los Angeles had his prison sentence for a San Diego killing shortened Sunday by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on the last day of his administration.

Esteban Nunez, 22, of Sacramento, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon for a drunken knife fight near San Diego State University in 2008 in which college student Luis Dos Santos was killed. He was sentenced to 16 years in prison.

Schwarzenegger commuted his sentence to seven years.

On Monday, San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis issued the following statement regarding Schwarzenegger's decision: "We were shocked to hear of the Governor's last-minute commutation, which greatly diminishes justice for victim Luis Santos and re-victimizes his family and friends. The District Attorney's Office was not consulted and the decision comes as the appeals process was continuing."

Additionally, San Diego City Attorney Jan Goldsmith reacted to the decision through the following statement: "Esteban Nunez -- son of former Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez -- is a criminal who was sentenced by an experienced and well-respected Superior Court Judge. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger reduced the sentence by over half to help his political crony's son. In doing so, he undermined the judicial system and has jeopardized public safety ... This homicide occurred in the City of San Diego. I speak for the overwhelming majority of San Diegans in stating that we are appalled and angry over Mr. Schwarzenegger's conduct. It reflects poorly on him, personally, and on his legacy as governor."

Ryan Jett, 25, of Sacramento, also pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and assault for instigating the incident, in which two of Santos' friends were also stabbed and another friend suffered an eye injury.

Two others -- Leshanor Thomas, 21, and 20-year-old Rafael Garcia -- pleaded guilty to lesser charges.

On Oct. 4, 2008, Nunez and Jett fought with Santos and several others near San Diego State University. During the fight, Jett stabbed Santos to death.

Both Jett and Nunez pleaded guilty and were sentenced to the maximum prison term. Nunez asked that his sentence be shortened because he received the same penalty as Jett, although he did not kill anyone.

"Santos's death is tragic, and I do not discount the gravity of the offense," Schwarzenegger said in his commutation message. "But given Nunez's limited role in Santos's death, and considering that, unlike Jett, Nunez had no criminal record prior to this offense, I believe Nunez's sentence is excessive. Accordingly, I commute Nunez's sentence to the lower term for the crimes for which he was convicted: seven years in state prison."

The Governor's Office did not say when Nunez might be eligible for parole.

Fabian Nunez, a Democrat, served as Assembly speaker from 2004 to 2008.

He is also a business partner of the governor's top political adviser at the consulting firm Mercury Public Affairs, the Los Angeles Times reported.

"We are totally outraged," Fred Santos, the father of Luis Santos, told The Times.

"For the governor to wait until the last day in hopes it would fly under the radar is an absolute injustice," he said.

He said Esteban Nunez "had already gotten lucky once" when prosecutors agreed to a plea bargain so he could avoid being tried for murder, which could have resulted in a life sentence.

He said his family got no advance warning about the commutation and only learned about it from reporters.

"The governor did not even have the courtesy to notify the victim's family," he told The Times. "This is dirty politics: cutting backroom deals. I guess if you're the son of somebody important you can kill someone and get all sorts of breaks."

A spokesman for Schwarzenegger said the Governor's Office had no comment beyond the statement it sent.

well at least this is how the story goes. however I have been asking everybody I know if they can show me where it says that jesus was born today. so far nobody has been able to show me. Ive read the bible and no where in it does it say that december 25th was the day. Now I know why everybody believes it. Thats because the PRIEST told them. Or at least hinted to in some sermon. The truth is the priests dont have to be specific about it because of all the other social constructs in our every day do the rest. All the lights and decorations and everybody saying merry christmas reinstates the belief in peoples mind.

This is cause for concern. We have come to be so psychologically malleable that hard evidence is no longer necessary for us to accept something as being true.
